Is naruto still a genin when he becomes hokage. I think naruto is still a genin whether he s in sage mode or not but i think eventually naruto will become a chunin jonin and hokage at one point. Naruto is one of the ninja world s top fighters and he has always had a strategic mind. Naruto didn t become a jounin.
